They protect your eyes from the sun's glare. We recommend that you choose a pair of sunglasses that are less expensive and can be dropped in the pool. Avoid wearing your most expensive designer shades to the pool if you think you are clumsy and might drop them.
· First aid kit
Children are more likely to get cut and scrapes when they play in the pool. You can also use a first aid kit to treat allergies or headaches. The following items can be found in a first aid kit:
- Band aids
- Pain killers
- Prescription medication
Although you might not feel it, when you are in the pool you are losing a lot of fluids as you sweat. Keep a bottle of cold water in a stainless steel or plastic container with you to keep hydrated. It is important to replenish any water you have lost. It may seem strange to your child, but they should be able to take regular water breaks.
· Food/ Snacks
Splashing around in the pool will leave your child hungry. If you are going to spend the day at the pool, make sure your child has plenty of food and snacks. For quick and healthy snacks, fresh fruit, pretzels, and granola bars are great options.
· Safety/Flotation Devices
Safety devices such as life jackets are essential for children who cannot swim. Even if lifeguards are on duty, life jackets should be worn. Your child may get lost in crowds if the pool is crowded. Regular flotation devices can be brought along so that you can relax and enjoy the pool.
Flip-flops and sandals are great for walking to the car. They're also useful for when you or your child need to go to the toilet. Keep in mind that you must not use the public toilet with your feet exposed.
· Change of clothes
You will surely not want to be stuck in the car wearing a towel and a bathing suit. Hence, make sure you have dry clothes that you can put on.
· Comb/ Detangler
A comb and detangler are essential if you plan to take your hair out after the pool has ended. If you don't have a comb and detangler, your hair will be too tangled to travel. This is not a good look.
To wrap up after getting out of the pool, a large beach towel is a great choice. It's great to lay on the towel in the pool chair. If you can, make sure that you have one towel per person.
· Wet Bag
It is always a good idea to have a waterproof bag with you in case your wet swimsuits get wet. A plastic bag is also possible, but it can leak. A dry bag is best if you don't want your bag to look like a mess when you get home.
You and your child can have so much fun at the pool. This pool bag checklist should help you plan what to bring. Also, in your upcoming pool outing, do not forget to snap some memories using your honor x7 so that your kid will have something to look back at as he grows.
